Human Resources Support

Recruiting (Full Cycle): Reviewing and/or creating job description creating, placing job ads, sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, preparing and presenting offer letters, negotiations, references and employment verification, and assisting the new hire to start the position

Onboarding: Point of contact for new hire questions and guidance, coordinate and administer new hire paperwork, initiate/monitor background investigations, conduct new hire orientation, provide any training needed for use of the HRIS system, create and provide training schedule, payroll set-up, benefits assistance and enrollment, I-9 verification, and provide on-going support for new hires

Operations: Operational support, staff development and training, employee relations, employee transactions (from creating offer letters to conducting terminations/exit interviews), reporting, severance, relocation, payroll. Developing, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures. Developing and maintaining employee handbooks and training/operational manuals.

Benefit administration. Employee communications. Resume writing.
